Manual pricing stops working long before your catalog stops growing.

Every stale price carries a commercial cost: lost margin or an order you cannot fulfill profitably.

One price across every size

You list a shoe at a single price, but EU 40 and EU 45 cost very different amounts on the market. Some sizes sell too cheap; others sit unsold.

EU40 €349 · EU45 €349 → should be €312 / €455

A restock drops the market

A restock floods supply and the market price falls. Orders stop because your listing still reflects yesterday's higher price.

you €290 · market now €245no orders

Value climbs, price doesn't

A pair appreciates and competitors move first. You continue selling below the market until the gap is caught, often by the buyer.

you €410 · competitors €480+€70 left on the table

Tell us how you price. We build the engine.

  1. Connect Shopify

Grant access to products and pricing only. Connecting takes around five minutes.

  2. Set the rules

Tell us how sources, margins, stock, and competitors should affect each price. We turn that strategy into working pricing logic.

  3. We run the engine

We handle the schedule, sources, rule changes, and edge cases.

From store policy to Shopify price.

Pricing.Shoes turns your sources, margins, exceptions, fallbacks, and rounding policies into rules that run independently for every size.

Store instruction
For every size, start from the StockX buy-now cost, including fees and shipping. Add the margin from our price-band table. Use our competitor rule only when a valid lower price is available. Round the result to the next 0 or 5. If a required source is missing, leave the current price unchanged.

Shared in plain language. Implemented and maintained by our team.

Implemented policy Decision trace · EU 42 · illustrative
StockX lowest ask €200.00
Fees + shipping +€29.15
Buy-now cost €229.15
Price-band margin +€10.00
Competitor check No valid lower match StockX route selected
Rounding policy €239.15 → €240
Shopify price €240

This is one illustrative policy. Every store’s sources, margins, exceptions, fallbacks, and price endings can be configured differently.

Built inside a sneaker store. Not around a software trend.

SOSUKICKS needed reliable automated pricing, and the available suppliers, scripts and tools couldn't be trusted with a live sneaker business. So we built our own, and it still runs the store today.

In production at SOSUKICKS, every day.

Different inventory deserves different rules.

Preorder

Priced for the live market

Tie preorder prices to the current market so they follow it in either direction.

In-stock

Protect what's on the shelf

Physical stock can follow a separate rule or hold a fixed price while other inventory tracks the market.

Sale

Keep the discount intact

Run sale products on separate logic so automation does not undo the promotion.

Protected locations

Leave selected stock alone

Exclude Shopify locations so pricing moves only the inventory you select.

Fixed price

Hold a price on purpose

Pin a product or variant to a set price while the rest of the catalog remains automated.

Market data missing

Retain the current price

If a listing cannot be sourced, the engine keeps its current price and flags the product.

No dashboard to manage. No pricing system to maintain.

Your strategy
Margins, exceptions, and commercial priorities remain yours.
Pricing.Shoes operates
We confirm each requested change with you, implement it, then maintain the logic, sources, integrations, and monitoring.

Every size reaches its own price.

One product enters. Market signals, stock conditions and your rules determine what happens to each variant.

The catalog comes in.

The product enters once, with every size kept separate.

The signals meet your strategy.

Market, competition and inventory pass through your rules and protections.

Each size gets an answer.

Shopify updates every variant independently, in either direction.

You stay in control. We keep it running.

  • Two weeks of pricing history

Each change is retained with its time and price movement.

  • Restore previous prices

Return a product or batch to an earlier price when needed.

  • See how a price was set

The source and applied rule are recorded for every price.

  • Products & pricing only

Shopify access is limited to the products and pricing data the engine needs.

  • Max change per update

Set ceilings and floors so one update cannot move a price too far.

  • Protected products & locations

Exclude specific items or Shopify locations from automation.

  • Sources maintained by us

We adapt the integration when a data source changes.

  • Direct access to the team

Message or call the people who operate the engine.

Questions about Pricing.Shoes.

Can you use my existing pricing formula?
Yes. Your rules can combine marketplace data, last sales, competitor prices, costs, stock, product attributes, rounding, and store-specific conditions.
Can it monitor my competitors?
Shopify competitors are straightforward to track. Other sources can be integrated when reliable access is feasible. We confirm feasibility during the demo.
Can in-stock and preorder use different rules?
Yes. Preorders can track live sourcing cost while in-stock inventory follows another rule or holds a fixed price.
Does it have a dashboard?
There is no dashboard for you to operate. We configure and maintain the engine. Requested changes are confirmed with you before implementation.
How often are prices updated?
Plans run weekly, three times per week, or daily. Pricing.Shoes runs on the selected schedule rather than in real time.
What happens when market data is unavailable?
The engine keeps the last good price and flags the affected products. We maintain the integrations and handle source changes.
Which Shopify permissions are required?
Products and pricing only. Individual products, variants, and Shopify locations can also be excluded from automation.
How quickly can I cancel?
Anytime, with no lock-in. The service also includes a 30-day money-back guarantee.
